  and by today and ordered lunch ch for the family and everything was fresh and hot great job guys it was delicious

  On 2/17/26 at approx 17:00, we were on a road trip and stopped for gas at Love's. We were hungry and noticed they had an Arby's. However, Arby's fell short of our expectations during this latest visit. The staff's lack of focus on customer service was apparent, and the food quality suffered as a result. The curly fries, in particular, were a disaster - there were 2 small curly fries and the rest were small pieces that were stale, dry, and overcooked. Furthermore, the state of the restaurant was concerning, with trash cans overflowing and every table left dirty. I wish we would've noticed this before we ordered. We took our order to eat on the road. I think they count on that because we weren't going to turn around to complain! There seemed to be plenty of staff there for the amount of customers. It's disappointing when a restaurant fails to meet its potential, and I hope Arby's will take steps to improve.

  Basically, we came to this place in some time of August in the place, IT WAS A MESS!! Also the tables were filled with ketchup and other stuff that isn't better. When we got the food the stuff were so dry, I got food poisoned because of these people, if you want to come to be sick, come to this place in Belen, and they also food poisoned my daughter. She felt sick for 3 days! How can this place be more disgusting than how it is. What a horrible place to eat in Belen.
