The younger workers are decently respectful but the older blonde manager is gross. She is mean and impatient every time I go. Never smiles. Makes a sandwich like absolute crap. I was told I couldn’t get extra lettuce because they are running low on everything so “no extra anything”. If I’m willing to pay for it, then why do I care how low the stock is? If you run out you run out. The mentality shouldn’t be “spread everything thin till we get a truck delivery” We are talking about lettuce here. This is a global corporation not a mom and pop shop. If I’m willing to pay for your last piece of something then are you not going to sell it because it then is completely gone? Serve people correctly and with respect. Plus, mean ol manager Karen lady is probably miserable because she’s the oldest person to ever work at this subway and it’s painfully obvious how mean and ugly her attitude is the second you walk in the door.

How can you hate working there but continue to push your hate towards the customers. Farmington locations are better and attend you with actual respect.

Talk about being stingy with the toppings. I will wait another 5 years before going back. They could take a lesson from d' Angelo's subs back in Massachusetts where I always went.
