While she helped me with authorization for my items, when I mentioned I needed to quickly change something I picked up by mistake, she responded, ‘WE DON’T HAVE A WHOLE DAY.’ I found this very rude and unprofessional. Customer service is key in any role, and I felt this interaction could have been handled more politely.

The worker's name was Leilani and she was completely rude and She refused to go check if there was any in the back for me and she said as you can seee I can't help. But there was two other employees standing around behind the customer service desk , doing nothing and leilani refused to have the other employees go check the back for it. Leilani said if its not on the shelf we dont have it. Leilani had a nasty attitude the whole time she was talking to me. She then watched me as if I were stealing as I walked out of the store to go get it somewhere else.

A lot of rude employees not happy to be there, I use to enjoy shopping here I will now be driving to Durango or Farmington for groceries. Health department should keep a close eye!

I was being very kind and ask for help and this lady completely ignored me so I just said mamm can I have some help for my mobile order and she very rudely asked well do you have a basket and I’m confused at this point because they are supposed to deliver it to my car and then she was just being so rude and I’m not happy with my experience
