It was really slow, and this happened when rush hour was not starting, ordered 2 simple things and only got 1, had to go back and ask, the manager seemed really annoyed and was not friendly, towards me and other customers. Maybe a smile and being friendly won't hurt. :)
The environment seemed super overwhelming for it not being busy, it was kinda... Upsetting.

I’m convinced the McDonald’s in Aztec, NM is running some kind of social experiment on patience.
I’ve been here close to 50 times (yes, this is a cry for help), and somehow every visit turns into a surprise bag. Will I get fries? Maybe. Nuggets? Possibly. The full order I actually paid for? Bold of me to hope.
What really keeps things exciting is the 45-minute wait time, even when the place is completely empty. No cars. No crowd. Just me, my hunger, and the faint sound of time slipping away. I assume my meal is being handcrafted, blessed, and maybe sourced directly from a farm in another state.
The food is still McDonald’s—when it’s correct—but ordering here feels less like fast food and more like a long-term commitment. I’ve had time to reflect on my life choices, question reality, and age emotionally while waiting.
At this point, I don’t even check the bag anymore. That would ruin the mystery.
Still coming back though… because optimism is a disease and fries are fries

I ordered 2 McDoubles and the patty looked liked it’s just been sitting all day and tried warming it up again. The buns were hard and the cheese looked old . My mc chicken looked old , as in they cooked it in the daytime and let it sit for hours and finally served it too someone . Food was not fresh bread was hard . Would avoid eating at this location .
