You guys can't even get one large Pizza right with the toppings.I'll never be back & your large pizza are pathetic smallI..I will stick with sam's club ten dollars and I get a ton more food.WILL NEVER BE BACK.. I attempted to use my app, but their service was down. So I called. I was on hold for 16 minutes, and they never picked up. So I drove to the store. It was moderately busy, but no reason I should have been on hold for that long. I was still on hold when I walked in the restaurant. I told the in order taker, what happened. And he was sympathetic, but also didn't take it that seriously. He started blaming his co-workers
The charge was going to be $5 more than what I could have gotten online. And he said there's nothing he could do about it because they're
Oreo system couldn't see the online discounts for the time I wasted being on hold and because their system was down. Very disappointing. Then I asked if there was any way they could compensate me. They charged me 5 extra dollars because i ordered in store. I showed him my online order. He said there was no way he could do that, but he would get the manager. The manager on duty was not able to do anything. He tried to give me a discount using the employee code. But it was still more then what I would have gotten
had the online ordering system worked. He said because the online ordering system was something he could not touch and couldn't give the same discount. Overall, I ended up spending $5 more, because of their system not being up.

This place didnt have customer service vibe. The guy looked like he didnt like his job and NOT VERy nice person. He didnt like to answer our questions about the specials. Just quit.

This location has definitely gone downhill. The kids work there are a joke. The food is just not good anymore and they seem so disorganized, lost and honestly a little rude. Last time I tried to order, two delivery drives showed up to my house and gave me the wrong food. The second delivery driver got upset because I didn't tip them because I had already tipped the first driver. It's was a 25 dollar meal. Apparently they don't do requests to add meats anymore either. When someone requests to have something added and is willing to pay extra to have that item added, I wouldn't think it's that hard. I don't think I'll ever be going to this domino's again. Pretty disappointed.
