  It was nasty there was a roach on my friends tray, and no one said or did anything about it as well while we were there we observed it was nasty everywhere like grease the employees need to be held accountable to clean there work stations and building period. Plus the manager didn’t even bother to offer us more food upgrade or our money back something!! Or even made fresh they did nothing!!!

  Today I had to drive 20 minutes to my destination just to figure out that half of my order was missing. I tried to call to let them know ahead of time that I was going to drive back to have my food remade and nobody answered. When I arrived I let them know at the drive-in window or what had happened and they didn't seem to care much or act like it was an issue whatsoever. When I got to the window I let them know that Not only was half of the order missing but now all of the remaining food was cold. No empathy. No apology. In fact, when I asked her if she wanted the bag back she blatantly rolled her eyes at me and snatched the bag out of my hands. Granted I understand people have bad days and I always try to account for that but then she proceeded to tell me that upon looking at the receipt she never charged me for the chips and cheese. I said that's fine I can pay for it however, I think considering I drove all this way it would be an understandable courtesy to throw those in free of charge, don't you think? She threw her hands up and said "whatever, if you want to take it up with the manager that's your business." I replied, "sure why not I'll talk to the manager" although the exchange I had with the manager seemed pleasant enough, the manager seemed unamused and had no resolution whatsoever and just said thanks so much have a great day. I hope I don't run into that employee again. Considering it's a small town I don't really have very many food options which is why I think the customer service isn't so great at a lot of these places. I don't really leave bad reviews very often but this one really rubbed me the wrong way.

  Why have posted times of open and close when u don't use them. Store closes at 1030 show up at 10 and right away a person on the drive thru intercom says sorry we closed. This isn't the 1st time and probably won't be the last

  I have ordered your mini taco salad two times. I love the idea of it. I love the ingredients in it. My problem is that both times the shell taste stale.
