We patiently explained what we wanted (1/2 unsweet tea 1/2 lemonade) but it wasn't getting through. After the 3rd try we decided to say "ok no thanks" and went to HTo. Unfortunately the young man taking our order did not put your best foot fwd on this visit. On top of confusion (& probably more the reason we left) his hands and fingernails appeared VERY dirty. As in it looked like he was changing oil in between orders. EXTREMELY unappealing/unappetizing. We understand, 'growing pains'...it happens. Just not a good first impression.
