  I came by for a drink called the half and half. It was half unsweetened iced tea and regular lemonade. They charged me 3 dollars. This was Thurs 19th. Today's drink, same one I have been ordering, they charged me 4.49 . When I asked about the price every body started speaking Spanish. Then they gave me .50 cents. Used to be our go to spot, not anymore.

  Went for a pecan salad but it looked like Wednesdays trash! It looked like the bad veggies you give the chickens and pigs at the farm! Then when I drove back to ask for a refund the manager on duty said I’d have to go back in the morning to talk with the GM. I go back the next day to get my refund only to be told they do not do refunds!? I stated I did not trust the cleanliness of the restaurant if they can serve me a salad that old I could only imagine the condition of the kitchen!?😰 I’f quality control for the food was so low how can I trust the cleanliness of the restaurant? The GM got so pissed!? It’s sad that not even the GM was concerned about quality and freshness. He was actually pissed that I asked for a refund!? Or was he mad and uncomfortable about someone actually expecting him to do his job! Quality control is IMPORTANT ESPECIALLY WHEN QORKING WITH FOOD. I had mentioned earlier to at the veggies looked like trash well the chicken on the salad was so dry it looked like chicken jerky in some spots, It was disgusting! The apples had brown spots the lettuce was limp and brown in spots as well. And the Blue cheese looked kind of slimy and mushy, Not crumbly like it’s supposed to be. I used to go to this Wendy’s one to three times a week now I won’t go back. WORST GM he stated, “yeah I heard you” as I explained myself. SO FREAKING RUDE! A second manager was present but unable to help me, seems like it wasn’t his store maybe he was training or helping out, I would like to say he was very respectful and understanding.

  those workers, The manager Dave, the customer service is unbelievable. They have the biggest heart Angel and Roman are just amazing at every aspect in customer service. They deserve so much more notice people they notice when you need empathy. They notice when you’re having a bad day. I just love them three guys and it is a blessing to have such good workers in Albuquerque especially at my favorite fast food. Wendy’s bless your heart guys. You are five stars if I could give you 10 stars I would angel Roman and the manager Dave have the biggest hearts you guys gotta go. Check them out fresh food all the time. It is just a blessing because these days money is Hard to come by it’s hard to take your family out to eat anymore because of how expensive it is everything and they made it amazing everything my children loved it. Thank you for all your amazing customer service. God bless you guys.
