  Question to owner... why bother even opening when your employees literally ignore customers in the lobby?

  Went here after placing an online order. Walked in to employees chatting and cussing about some video they had been watching in the back. Stood there about 5 minutes before being acknowledged and they didn’t even know the order had been placed. Waited another 5-7 minutes for the food. I checked it because they often don’t pay attention to details and mess the orders up. The manager was extremely hostile and rude with a stank attitude for no reason. Refused to give me her name after calling me numerous names while trying to do a refund she demanded after the order they messed up was brought to her attention. Don’t know who pissed in her cheerios but we won’t be back…ever…to ANY Taco Bell due to her lack of professionalism, lack of management and customer service skills. Only left a star to leave this review.

  They told me that because they close in 40 minutes they are only taking mobile orders. When I asked if I placed a mobile order if I could still get it, they started being awkward trying to make me leave

  Welcome to another location gone full digital. Zero customer service. Must order on a tablet and no one will help you. The moment you turn digital w no customer support I am done shopping here. Stop relying computers and train people to work.

  I placed an online order and walked to pick it up, the lobby was closed like an hour earlier than the sign said. So I walk around to the drive through window to just try and pick up my food. Instead of even asking me what I wanted the lady at the window immediately threatened me with calling the police, without even trying to see what I wanted.
