  They always get our order wrong. Avoid this location at all cost they will argue with you over you simply trying to get your order correct, terrible food presentation and terrible service the employees are not properly trained or appear to know what they are doing. Always a disappointment.

  First of all, customers service is terrible, the lobby was dirty, staff was very loud, the guy who took my order did it with his gloves on, and was touching his face , if they have cameras, they’ll see him in the footage doing it, and at the same time, he was making the food without changing the gloves, and we don’t want to talk about the women bathroom, just see for yourself in the pic , this store 003428 , on central and dorado , please do not come to this store

  I would provide a zero rating if possible. My three young children and I visited to order dinner, but unfortunately, we did not receive a welcoming customer service experience. Instead, we experienced a 40-minute wait for our meal in the drive through mind you, were spoken to in a threatening and aggressive manner, and were ignored. Furthermore, neither employee washed their hands after scratching their faces, touching their hair, or handling money. Our orders were incorrect, and rather than receiving an apology, we were met with rudeness. This location has clearly declined in quality. I respectfully request that you address this situation. A health department inspection should be warranted to ensure compliance with proper hygiene practices. I encourage you to improve your services.Hire better people. Please review cameras around 830 red car Absolutely disgusting.
