- HHHmmMar 25, 20261.0I placed an online order. They did not have ingredients to fulfill the order. The manager was not available for a refund. He wanted me to come back in to get a refund. I've attempted to call Subway Customer Service and calling the store directly and a month later I still have not been able to contact anyone nor has Subway emailed me from their "contact us" automated chat bot. Horrible customer service!!!

As I was choosing my favorite veggies, I asked for fresh lettuce since it was the last bit of a batch left over. David did not hesitate to do so! Portions were great & my BMT was perfect! Thank you, David! 🙂

I asked for multigrain bread and was told what they gave me was multigrain, but it clearly wasn’t. I also asked for my meal to be lightly toasted, but it came out overly toasted and the bread was very hard. My lunch was basically ruined. I won’t be returning to this location.
