  My friends and I went here today to get a quick meal before we had class. First, we tried the stalls, but none of them were on/working, so we decided to use the drive-through. Not only did it take an absurd amount of time to order, but we also experienced an extremely long wait once we got to the window. In total, we spent almost an hour at this location. After paying, we waited an additional 20 minutes for the food, resulting in us being late to class. We saw several employees, including managers, walking past the window, and though we tried getting the worker's attention to ask for an update, we were ignored. I don't know what this place needs for a better experience, but it needs something. The food was good, and the order was made with no mistakes; however, for the general quality of the products, it certainly isn't worth waiting an hour.

  Gotta really check to make sure your order is right and that there's no bugs in your drink. Keep going back, for some reason, and they always mess up my order. Edit: got overcharged on my order, one drink was a size smaller, and how do you order a cherry limeade and there aren't any cherries?
