    It's hard to believe that this sonic used to be one of the good ones. It seems the employees missed up very order in the drive thru. 40 minutes. It's funny how fast food restaurants forgot the meaning of the words 'FAST FOOD.'

    The service is horrible the guy that was at the window you couldn't understand him I had to ask him three times what he was saying I asked if there was any specials he said no just the $1.99 and I could not understand what he was saying so I ended up leaving didn't buy anything

    This was probably the worst Sonic I have ever had the displeasure of attending. Exceptionally slow for a couple of drinks and a very rude staff. We went through the drive through and before we had even finished ordering the lady taking our orders cut us off an would not answer us again. Sat there for a couple of minutes. No response. We had to call them to finish and when we pulled up to the window they were terse. No acknowledgement or apologies for their poor behavior. Will not be returning. Will not be recommending. 😟

    Rude people work here. The lady who took our order in the drive through cut us off while we were trying to order still. Then we couldn’t talk to anyone there. She sounded very rude. We called and got the rest of the order placed while still in the drive through with a very nice employee. At the window we heard vulgar language from the rude employee as well and heard her complain about us while on the phone with the other employee as well.

    Went to sonic ordered about $50 worth of stuff which was all wrong. The girl that took our order install number two her name was I don’t even know it doesn’t sound on the receipt, but her service was horrible. She was mean and rude. She put down what she wanted to put down on the order, which is nothing close to what we ordered when we try to ring the red bell for service to let them know that everything was incorrect. She failed to answer. We had to drive to another stall. Cause she totally refused to help us there was a work Thomas That was absolutely great. He assisted us and getting our order correct with a smile on his face It was amazing to see someone work so hard have a smile on his face versus the girl that we encountered taking our order very rude very in polite, almost like she didn’t wanna be at work didn’t want to take our order which I didn’t apply for the job she did so she don’t like her job. She should not be there and I would like a total refund given the fact of how long we have to spend there. And we still didn’t get what we ordered, even though Thomas went beyond the expectation of trying to assist us. You need more people like Thomas working there versus people like the girl that took our order I will submit a copy of our receipt. I just think that it is totally unprofessional to put down what they want to put down versus what the customer is ordering very unprofessional to have the tone of voice that she had with us through the whole entire ordering process and very unprofessional to ignore the customer when we were trying to Attention she would pick up the call button or whatever it is Back up, we hit that button numerous Times and never got a response from her to the point that we had to drive to a different stall and still didn’t get anybody’s attention we had to literally flag down Tomas
