  Placed an order online. Order wasn’t ready when I strived and watched multiple other customers receive orders placed after I walked in. Too many employees standing around and not enough work being done. Never got my order.

  Do Better. Customer Service: Stalls were apparently closed when we arrived, but they started to take our order anyway until they realized we weren’t in the drive through. We went to the drive through, as requested, only to wait for another 2 mins to get someone to take our order. There were no other customers. Cleanliness: It was apparent that the staff was 2 hours from closing, doing tasks in various parts of the kitchen area. The Cashier was wiping down the window service table with a disposable cloth, then used the same cloth to wipe down the ice cream machine. No sanitary solution bucket in use. As for the food: The lids on our drinks were loose. Ordered a burger, a footlong, cheese tots and 2 drinks. No tots, but instead a regular coney was sitting next to the footlong. The footlong was 2 regular hotdogs that had been on the roller for too long. You should have figured out by now that I am well versed in the food business and I just want you to do better than this. You were supposed to be the comfort food that my mental health asked for tonight, instead, I’m further disappointed.
