  I had not had sonic in over a year because the last time I had it it was so bad and guess what it has not changed at all. My burger was completely cold and soggy. The patty was extremely thin and the buns are very thick so you were eating more bun than you are burger. The fries were cold as well. I will not be coming back, extremely disappointed.

  I’ve always loved Sonic’s but the two car hops definitely ruined that. Both women were rude. Customer service was definitely disappointing. Then to matters worse they messed up our order(which happens. We’re all human in the end of the day) and when my husband went to get help he was completely ignored by the same car hop. Such a shame that this wasn’t even the first mishap to happen at a sonics here in town and I’m sure it won’t be the last. I hope changes are made.

  Went to the Sonic on Montano and Edith today. They forgot one of our items so we had to go back. They were apathetic that we did. The burger I got was cold and didn't seem fresh. I threw away everything but the patty. Ended up warming up the meat in the microwave.

  I would give it a zero if I could waited over forty five minutes for 6 shakes when I called them back.to ask for my order they went outside to give me my order. That was sitting there for over i don't know how long it was, watery. And the box said, void i took it back to them and it looks like they gave me the same order The worst experience at sonic. Be careful, people on your orders.They might give you the same old orders

  Customer service was pretty shity, she didn't know if the ice cream was frozen yet. IDK what the heck that's supposed to mean..... but almost left had to ask her how long it would take and she then realized that ice cream was cold enough. At that point we were able to buy peanut butter milkshake only because we asked how long it would take.
