  The morning crew here sucks. They don't listen. I ordered a full size breakfast burrito with no tortilla. The amount of food I got, is exactly like that of a Jr breakfast burrito. This morning crew is TOTALLY bad!!! Also, the breakfast burrito shows shredded cheese NOT a slice of cheese!!

  So I left the sonic on 98th in Albuquerque, came to the sonic on Unser and vista Oriente, and this one was a lot better with customer service and prompt service. Sonic you really need to reevaluate who You hire these employees represent your business you’re name. I’ve worked for sonic as a teen and absolutely loved it and I get it but still not a excuse to treat customers like dirty

  Order on mobile app, three drinks. Took 25 minutes to get three drinks. Ridiculous. Not too mention how rude your staff are. “What’s up?” Instead of “can I help you”. How many bad reviews before you change something.

  They are kinda slow at this sonic so make sure you have time to wait for your order

  This location seems to get worse and worse. The quality goes down and the price/wait times go up. I ordered chili cheese fries and threw them away. I NEVER waste food. The chili tasted old, and they used american cheese rather than shredded cheese. It was absolutely horrid. This is the most expensive fast food place which does not earn that merit. I would advise not to dine here.
