  Horrible service they were hanging out talking instead of getting my order they watched me and laughed while smoking weed, had no choice but to give a star if not I wouldn’t have. Very rude and disrespectful

  I waited over half an hour for my order. When they finally gave it, it was the wrong order and it was COLD. I will not be returning.

  Seriously waited 12 min for someone to respond on the intercom. This use to be a great location now idk who is running it.

  I rarely ever post reviews because my patience with fast food establishments are above average considering I work within the industry. I went around 9:30 to get some drinks with my brother. It took the workers 10 minutes to move the line, which in some cases is understandable. We then finally get to the speaker and it took another 15 minutes to complete the order. I wouldn’t say the worker was rude but it was obvious she was new or not familiar with the menu. Our order was just three drinks. We finally get to the window, pay and wait another 10 minutes. I don’t say anything because I understand maybe the employees were short staffed. We then received our drinks with only two being correct, we sent it back and received something completely wrong from what was originally ordered. There needs to be better management and training within this location because I was in the drive thru a total time of 47 minutes. I watched six cars drive off because the inability to move the line. I’m sure the sales and reviews would improve as long as the mindset of customer service and getting to them in a timely manner is implemented. Do better.
