  I waited over 20 minutes after the pickup time for one meal and it wasn’t busy, my burger was burnt and wrong and the fries were extremely hard almost unedible. This is every time at this location

  I ordered 2 meals, waited for about 45 minutes for my order and I had to push the button 2 times to get my food and had my order wrong 3 times before they got it right, Also our food was cold

  10 minutes for 1 drink while I’m the only car is ridiculous. What are they doing in there that takes them so long?? If you want fast service go somewhere else. This was 3/21/26 Saturday morning at 7:30 am

  Worst Sonic in the country? Probably. This location is a disgrace to Sonic name. Food is always mid or worse. Drinks are right like 50/50. The worst part? The customer service. The rudest people anyone could ever hire. I’m shocked. It seems like this GM doesn’t give a care in the world about his staff or their conduct. You couldn’t pay me to work here. Do yourself a favor and skip this Sonic.

  This was an awful experience. We used to frequent this location, but as the service and quality have gone down, we visited less and less. On our trip there today, we waited in line at the drive thru. When the line didn't budge, we decided to park and try their mobile app. What a disaster! I'm not sure if they even received the order in a timely manner. I ended up going to the door and retrieving it myself. We will not be returning. The phone app does not help! In fact they seemed to move even more slowly. The entire Sonic franchise has now lost our business indefinitely.
