  Came in to pick up a doordash order the staff was obviously very busy but still extremely polite and welcoming.

  I ordered a delivery order and there wasn't hardly any food in both Papa Bowls. The manager(a woman) told me that the Papa Bowls are supposed to be very small portions as in a snack. She also said that since the start of the Papa Bowls, the cooks were putting too much food in them so they a had to adjust them.

  Pathetic food,service and a waste of time and money ate one piece threw the rest away, a pizza made from a so called manager if these are the standards your putting out there and training your staff to put out and not willing to fix or remake a pizza that was not satisfied to standard Is sad tried to give back this pizza to make it right and argued with me that it was made the way it was ordered. Wasn't trying to get a free pizza just make it right but refused. Sure it don't matter to the company but would never order or recommend from this location again.

  First off, let me just state that I don’t like eating pizza UNLESS it’s papa johns pizza. That being said… I haven’t had papa johns since about 6 months ago, I like to consider it my cheat meal for myself once in a blue moon 😅 Tonight on November 2nd, 2025 I placed an order to pick up, and pay in cash (Love this feature by the way) As I arrived, the place was clean, and was instantly greeted by a kind gentleman who said he upgraded my pizza order to a large with no charge! I then asked for extra garlic sauce and he hooked me up with that as well! (Usually it’s about a $1 or more for extra sauce) My order was still hot, and nicely prepared. I know papa johns gets a bad rep sometimes, but coming from someone who doesn’t enjoy pizza as most americans do, I will always stay loyal to papa johns ❤️
