  Waited on hold last night over 2 hours I had car issues and couldn’t pick up the order so I place a order for delivery instead trying to call the store so they wouldn’t waist there time making double the amount the never picked up they just kept hanging up after a few hour I eventually gave up I’m very upset to see the status of my order show picked up maybe I’m not reading it right but It’s not possible a door dash rep delivered the second order I was charged both pizzas I was hoping a papa John’s driver so I can show them I was still on hold when food was delivered I’m sure sameer would be proud of his staff I use to be a manager here when it was 5 stars regardless I understand the struggle it would of been easier to have someone else answer the phone and explain that we are under pressure with over if you not here to cancel can you place a order online or call back in 40 to a hour and these screen shot calls are just mine my husband was on his phone longer then 2 hours I could repeat the hold music

  Tried picking up pizza at 12:30pm on Feb. 17, 2026. Doors were locked. I tried calling. Nobody would answer the phone. Pounde on the door twice and nobody came. I find it hard to believe they just have one employee during lunch hour and that they were in the bathroom. These kids get lazier and lazier.

  Uncut pizza asked me if I wanna come back to get it cut nope. im okay I'll use my knife. Spoke to Kylie who just hung up on me.

  this incident occurred 1-25 at midnight. waited 10 minutes for an uber order, short kid ignored me while he swept the back room. then walks in two employees, one blonde bob and one half up brown haired girl, FROM OUTSIDE. blondie finally asks me what i want. i’m there for a delivery order. she says “oh we don’t have anymore orders for the night. someone else must’ve picked it up.” uhhhh shouldn’t u know that? instead of being outside? anywho, she then tells me they can’t make the order. doesn’t explain why. just says they can’t. so i had to cancel the order.
