Most times it's just better to order online and pick it up inside or you're gonna wait longer than if you'd just gone to a better sit down restaurant, but even then you're gonna wait at least 15 minutes for your overpriced sandwich or soup. The changes to the menu make zero sense. The Sip Club isn't worth the price anymore. $2 off a sandwich that I would never order? Pass.The special offers or discounts aren't worth the time it takes to get the item. The staff used to have a different vibe. Lately when I go in, all I hear is cussing and arguing about who is supposed to do what or who didn't do whatever. Arriving at the drive thru window, you either get someone super quick who is ready to focus on your order or someone who took minutes just to answer and doesn't listen to the order or takes forever to get your order confirmed. The app should have a Cancel Order option because it's not helpful when someone wants to just pick up their order quickly on lunch break but the lines are at a standstill both inside and in the drive thru. The whole break is wasted.

I've been there in the past and the size of the bagel was a good size of this one was very small for what I paid for. Not sure why the bagel was smaller than before, but I surely was disappointed in the size of the bagel. The sandwich itself was good.
