  Avoid this place unless you like to get yelled at and belittled. My special needs sister has a very restrictive diet. When she requests a treat, I take joy in making it happen. The “service” ht was beyond rude, and sadly disappointment for someone who was looking forward to getting her Shamrock shake before they’re gone. At first, I was happy that a team member confirmed Shamrock shakes are still on the menu atm. However at the window, I got handed an unfamiliar cardboard cup with a spoon. It was a Vanilla oreo Mcflurry. Clearly a mistake on both flavor, and the type of dessert. I tried to verify the ordered shake, but She said “No, this is a McFlurry,” without any regard to my clear confusion. I let her know that I ordered a Shamrock shake. She looked at me with annoyance, checked her screen, then replied in a short manner “Well, you PAID for a McFlurry,” as if this sufficed. I asked if I could get what I had actually asked for. I got a stare of annoyance, as if I was making a special request. She reluctantly sighed an “I will have to ask my manager.” At this point, I felt uncomfortable. Not sure why a manager’s approval was required for a customer to receive what they ordered. As she talked to the manager, Her constant head-shaking and exaggerated hand gestures signaled that she viewed my request as unreasonable. Once I could hear her blaming the mistake on me (acting as if I had misspoken during ordering) I interjected that I did indeed order a shake- she turned around and actually shouted at me “I AM TELLING THEM WHAT HAPPENED!” I sat there shocked, hoping the manager would intervene after witnessing an employee yelling at a guest. Unfortunately, the employee turned back to us, and said “All we can do is give you a mini.” ...but of what even? It wasn't clear if I would even get a shake, and not a shamrock McFlurry, if I did accept that meager offer. Why not the size I paid for? Disdainful offering of a mini size gave the vibe that they thought I was grifting a freebie, or like I was asking for a favor. At this point I asked for my money back. I didnt even want food handled by such angry staff, for obvious reasons. I do not say that lightly- that is truly the degree of disdain the employee was treating us with. I can only assume that the manager condoned this employee’s conduct and attitude. The manager’s lack of intervention reaffirmed that they too felt that we were not deserving of what we ordered. The worker returned to the window with cash (I had paid with a card, they made no effort to ask how I’d like the refund). I was SHOCKED when she silently pointed at the McFlurry I was holding at the window frame and made a beckoning motion with her finger to give it to her. Much like the way youd tell a dog to drop a sandwich stolen from a counter. It was demeaning to not even deserve words after an absolute refusal to provide what I ordered. Not one word, no apology, nothing. She just took the McFlurry from me and held out my $5.27. I asked the worker what her name was, since she had no name tag on, knowing that this should not happen to another customer. She begrudgingly muttered an unclear name. Not sure why she was above wearing a uniform and being kind. I’m not even sure why I was charged that much for a regular sized McFlurry (price online differs great) but I was so flustered all I could do was drive away disappointed, knowing my sister would be sad that she would not be having a Shamrock shake tonight. I have never been treated so poorly by a team who could not be bothered to do their job, or even be kind in a place that’s supposed to be happy. This employee demonstrated a lack of the fundamental skills required for a public facing position. The poor communication and unnecessarily confrontational behavior observed suggest deficiencies in training and inadequate managerial oversight. It is my belief that remedial training, or reassignment to a non–customer facing role, would be necessary before these two team members could be considered suitable for their current positions.

  The crew was very fast, everything came out perfect. It wasn't terribly busy inside but the drive thru had quiet a line.
