Walking in felt like visiting a graveyard for quality. I’m forced to use a greasy, dystopian kiosk because apparently hiring actual humans is too expensive for a multi-billion dollar company. Then, after paying prices that are a literal scam, I get handed a "burger" that has shrunk to the size of a coaster. It’s insulting. The fries were cold, soggy trash—nothing like the tallow fries that actually made this place famous. Your corporate overlords and bean counters have officially optimized every ounce of joy out of the menu to keep the shareholders happy. You’ve traded consistency and soul for a "tech-forward" vision that is a total failure. Your AI can delete itself and your corporate suits can keep their overpriced garbage. I’m done. You couldn’t provide a decent experience if you tried. There is more to life and business than money.

A person standing at the drive thru between windows on the driver side. He was throwing up, obviously going through withdrawal. It was so bad we ordered, paid for our food and left without our food. I had my 7 year old son with me. I have seen security details at other McDonalds. Management needs to wake up and do something about the problem.
