  Just watched a video of an employee picking up multiple fry containers off the floor And proceeded to fill it with fresh fries to be served. In this video, you can see the state of the kitchen in complete disarray. In the video, you can also see the trashcan is overfilling, and the countertops are completely messy

  Stop for breakfast today wow based on the review there unprofessionalism is common shut this place down. there and encounter a young lady Gabrielle I think Herandez whhho weeee was the rudest human. I was ordering a sausage McMuffin with hash no meal she said it's never been a meal ??? Then I ordered a big breakfast per the menu a big breakfast is pancakes sausage egg biscuit hash she rudle said there is two bigh breakfast which one do you want ?? I told her again and she raised her voice with frustration and said there was two and doesn't know what I want ??? I come to the window she gives us the wrong order so I give it BK she grabs it so I say you know idk what is your problem but you really don't have to be rude were not mad just don't be rude she says I don't care if your mad get out of my window and closes the window so I know on the window to get my receipt and she open the window and said get out of my line I raised my voice and said I needed my receipt. You know if you hate your job or have personal issues don't go in. Very disgusted

  If you enjoy being accosted by panhandlers in the drive thru or dealing with a dozen homeless people inside the store this is your place. Started my morning experiencing a crowd of homeless people milling around the inside of the store arguing with each other and someone accusing another of pulling his pants down in front of her all while the staff just ignores the whole scene. Albuquerque has turned out to be such a worthless place to live.
