  This McDonald's location is supposed to be the McDonald's on menaul and San Pedro that this happened at on 04/02/2026 - Raw burgers angry customers it was a horrible experience the staff were rude I have never been to a McDonald's so horrible No one opened the bathroom doors even after being asked repeatedly and it wasn't just my family that this happened to it was a mad house

  Every time I go to this location I always have the best experience ever, your staff is the friendliest ever, keep up the great work, and thank you all for being such great people, take care, and I will continue to visit you all soon!!!

  The night crew here is always so rude. Like unnecessarily rude. I come almost all the time because this mcdonald’s is 3 minutes away from the house so why not you know..? anyways, I came and got a happy meal &’ A regular meal, They never give me the sauces &’ the lady ended up giving me apples instead of extra fries when i had asked her. I’m allergic to apples. So i go into the mcdonald’s &’ they clearly see me , there’s 4 people on the floor and two of them are just standing there, it takes them a couple minutes to attend me &’ my partner told her what happened &’ the worker was like “well i was the one who packaged your order and i know i put creamy chili sauce in there?” Like girl be for real why am i going to lie about the sauces ?? so i can hoard them? &’ then she grabs the apples &’ just throws them on the counter. I get you work at a high rate establishment but if you’re that miserable at work then maybe fast food service isn’t for you..

  Some people here lately are a bit irritated and seem sick with a virus or that bronchitis that’s going around. Even just a little bit it can spread to get people sick or give anyone a runny nose these days. Got to work to make a living sick and smoke I guess huh.

  Placed an order on mobile walked inside to wait for mobile pick up the staff kept staring and making comments after 10 mins and a staff finally spoke to me asking for the order number I opened the incorrect app and apologized said sorry long day and opened the correct app and showed hom the number he immediately went back to the manager bagging up for drive threw and stated you called it she up there talking about her having a long day demanding her order when I never even once spoke until spoken to and politely gave my order info so I canceled the order since the staff already literally back there making assumptions and gossiping about customers. Pint blank I'm glad my life isn't so pathetic.
