  There's no free water. I'm guessing no bathrooms either. Theres like 100 ways to order like the kiosk, drive thru, mobile app, register, and any combination it seems, but then theres two employees only, running the entire building duties. Why cant billion dollar companies just pay a few percent more to make sure they are adequately staffed at all times? This is how so many billion dollar stores operate and it makes me sick.

  I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt the need to after the service I received. The younger woman with a tattoo under her eye was absolutely fantastic and so attentive. You can tell she was working extremely hard :)

  They messed up my coffee, almost impossible to do then treated me as if I were the one who made the mistake and never apologized for it then acted rudely about the fixed item and it still wasn't right! WORSE McDonald's EVER!

  If i could guve zero stars i would have given this Mcdonalds a zeros on everything. The managers at night do not know how to manage their staff. The staff doesnt know how to get orders correct. Horrible customer service. I had to go inside since tbwy got my order wrong in drive through. I came inside and they proceeded to get my wrong again. Plz District Manager train your shift managers properly and train your regular staff on basics of getting orders prepared correctly.

  I waited 10 mins in the drive through just to be told they didn't get my order. The organization is ridiculous. I said fine whatever I'll go inside and waited another 15mins with multiple employees just walking around ignoring me. I do not recommend going to this location. Service wasn't even an option.
