  We came for an event for our daughter and decided to eat at the restaurant before playing. Desi was so wonderful! She’s super sweet and the food was actually excellent. Their french fries are seasoned so well, and sandwiches were delicious. We always have fun here, even though it’s more of an expensive night out for our family.

  Our family had such an amazing time at Main Event in Albuquerque! From the moment we walked in, the energy was fun, welcoming, and perfect for a family outing. The games, atmosphere, and overall experience were already great, but what truly made the night special was the incredible customer service from Zay and Rain. They both went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for us, and their kindness, professionalism, and positive attitudes genuinely made our experience that much better. It’s rare to come across staff who make you feel so taken care of, and they absolutely did that. Their customer service turned a fun night into a memorable one for our whole family. Thank you, Main Event, for creating such a great environment, and a special thank you to Zay and Rain for making us feel valued and welcome. We’ll definitely be back! – The Black Family

  We came here this evening 4/6/26 with a group of mothers and children. We booked two bowling lanes side-by-side for two hours.Cole waited on us. He was so patient with us. Even with all of our spills and our many separate checks, adding on orders, Questions with the menu, issues with our bowling balls…… He was so kind it was an awesome experience. The food was good. The bowling was fun and we had a good time!! We’ll definitely be back. A special thank you to Cole!!

  I had such an amazing time! Cole truly made the whole experience great from start to finish. His energy, professionalism, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we were having a good time. Customer service like that is rare these days, and it really made a difference.   I planned a birthday event there when I got there. My kid's name was not on the board and it took them several minutes to figure out that we did pay for the birthday party and they just forgot to set everything up. To their credit they did quickly remedy that matter. Set us up with a planner and were able to move us into our bowling. They brought us drinks and were good at making sure the drinks were filled up. But I've got young kids and the two bowling alleys that they paired us with one of them, The bumpers didn't work on so the kids who were using the alley that didn't have the working bumpers obviously weren't having as much fun. Also, we understood that laser tag would just be our group of 10 people and they originally said it would only be our group of 10 people and then they let more people in. So when we did the laser tag it was not just the birthday party that was playing but we were playing with other groups. Also the cheese pizza was burnt like don't order cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza good but their cheese pizza was not good. You know overall the atmospheres seems nice, especially for birthday parties. Not having to clean up at the end of the party is always a plus in my opinion for the price, I just expected less of a headache when we arrived and you know slightly better food and service as well as working attractions. This would be a plus, especially for the type of money you're dropping on a kids birthday party. Would I go back there again? Probably, but only if my kid insisted that's where he wants his party. I will likely recommend a different party location to my child in the future
