He yells at us if we are picking up, then when we place an order gives attitude the whole time because he doesnāt want to do his job. Tells me āthereās 2 patties on the burgerā which I am well aware of Iāve eaten here numerous times. I am not sure if he was trying to insinuate something but overall just rude. Then yells at his worker to clean up because they close at 10 so that myself and my mom could hear it. In other words making it apparent how badly he wanted to close. He kept looking at the windows outside to check for cars as well. As someone who works in retail I totally get how irritating it is when customers come in late, but we came in AN HOUR before close. There was no need for him to act like that. Aidan definitely needs some customer service training.

It is a little on the expensive side, but the quality shows. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was clean and well kept, which made the overall experience enjoyable.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
