Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

When the mood hits on Cheeseburger, WhataBurger is my go to. The size, quality and value is second to none, the driv-thru time is long but well worth the wait.

Be cautious when you order big meals not all of your order will be given to you. In order a big family meal unfortunately they forgot my whole meal. I went back and the manager stated that since it was passed 45 minutes to an hour, they couldn’t do nothing about it no refund for the mail that they forgot nor replace it. The sad part is it wasn’t $20. It was $90. Customer service was very unprofessional from the manager who should be lead by example. I do not recommend Whataburger on Auntie Street as they have no communication skills or good customer service nor know how to make sure all of your order is complete.

Staff is rude and untrained, orders take longer than usual. Management kept calling telling me how incompetent they were and couldn't help me. Lame, and they just opened not too long ago. Corporate staff was helpful. I had to call about 6 times to resolve my issue.

I used to enjoy Whataburger, but this location… Just not good in food quality or in service the burgers patties that have gotten here are dry and underseasoned and the entire burger not just the hamburger is dry a mustard burger with barely a hint of mustard. I paid extra to have cheese added, and it wasn’t like a cheeseburger with melted cheese. No a slice of cold cheese was placed on my sandwich during the preparation for wrapping it not… During cooking nice a cheeseburger without even melted cheese
In years past, Whataburger would give you a table and bring your food over to you and then come by and see if you needed any ketchup… Not this location they holler out your name from the front and you better go up there and go get it
Maybe it’s just this location, but it’s just mediocre with plenty of better alternatives immediately around it probably just for travelers who are familiar with the brand and get suckered into it
