No professionalism by the employees, dress in beyond casual, although I paid for the meal, I was not given chips, which I had to ask for after the fact. Smoothies and wrap were ok. The bad service will kill your business really quick without it getting addressed. Return business is the key and your employees don’t have any idea what that means. Washing hands from registers to making food should be mandatory….

There was toilet paper everywhere and even a hair on the toilet. I was next in line after an employee and they didn’t even flush the toilet, absolutely disgusting. Their service is generally horrible every time I visit, but I did NOT know their hygiene standards were just as bad.

I saw one employee touching their hair the proceed to make orders without washing their hands first.They they don’t have hairnets on. One employee didn’t even have their hair tied back. These things make it hard to trust your food is not contaminated with something. Not friendly, even dressing in what looks like pajamas and slippers as shoes. The management seems to not even put effort into following health codes
