When I pulled up be said “Order whenever you’re ready” I responded with “thank you” and proceeded to look at the menu to see what I wanted. He then said “order whenever you’re ready” for the second time sending me into a panic order. Then when I ordered he completely missed the whole order and had me repeat it and got upset with me when he missed my 4 item order (two tacos and two drinks). At the window he told me they were out of Baja blast so I asked him to just take it off. He proceeded to charge my card so I had to get a drink I didn’t want. No sauce was provided, I didn’t receive a receipt for my order and somehow ended up with 4 straws. I think this location needs to teach attention to detail and spatial awareness because being told you have something and then you don’t and still being charged for it at the window is ridiculous.

I was so angry I looked for my receipt to do a review. Well there wasn’t one in the box & I was not handed one. I guess I should’ve never gone there & will make sure to let others know of this horrible experience.

The young lady that tends to work nights has great customer service and patience, personally I think shes their golden goose employee. I can take or leave it during the day. High school kids dont know what theyre doing.
