Missing my sons food on a late night order fine I can go get it, food was missing because KFC closed late sure understandable, but what I don’t agree with personally is that there was bleach in the drink they gave me. Probably cleaning the soda machine wrong or not rinsing it enough or something but if I didn’t think to try it, it would have made my little guy very sick. My wife confirmed it tasted like bleach. I used to work food service, cleanliness is important, saving company money and closing on time to get home is important, but potentially making someone sick or worse is the biggest betrayal of a food service worker. Shame on you worker who cleaned the soda fountain closing shift of 1/1/26.

They were more worried about the stupid drive through and completely ignored the lobby. Had to unassign the order causing me to lose money. Next time don’t have a bunch of teenagers who only speak Spanish working.
