  If I could give zero stars, I would. Staff m was rude. Food wasn't correct and when we asked them to correct it, they complained that they wouldn't be getting out by a certain time (8:30 pm) even though their advertised hours were much later (1 am). Management really needs to retrain on customer service because this location is horrible!

  I rarely leave reviews, but this location has consistently been disappointing. Especially during the night shift. Almost every single order I’ve placed here has been incorrect in some way. Missing items, wrong items, or completely messed up customizations. It’s beyond frustrating to pay for food and repeatedly not receive what you ordered. What makes it worse is the customer service. The manager has been extremely rude and dismissive when mistakes are brought up. Instead of taking accountability or trying to fix the issue professionally, the attitude feels defensive and disrespectful. That alone makes customers not want to come back. On multiple occasions, I’ve also witnessed employees standing outside near their cars, taking pictures and smoking marijuana. It does not give the impression of a well-managed or professional establishment. Especially when it's minors running the whole place. When staff appears more focused on hanging out than working, it makes sense why orders are constantly wrong. This location seriously needs better management, better training, and accountability. Until major improvements are made, I can’t recommend coming here.

  Our order was completely un-ingestible. Everyone passed the buck and i received no help at all or offer to correct it. Still no response from the district manager nor the general manager? I received $ 8.00 in food that was not even edible but let alone all of the more expensive items we ordered were not even rendered! We ordered $50.00 in food. Paid for everything 100% completely left in the dark. I guess I will have to call corporate again and see if anyone there even cares. Wow!

  0 stars on service. The manager stated that her name was Juliana (called at 8:05pm 02/28/26). We ordered through the taco bell app. The entire order was wrong. When we called and asked for management we heard a loud cow like cough and then a cackle in the background. The phone was passed off to "juliana". She was short, snarky, rude, wouldnt let my husband talk and frankly, is somehow less useful than a dead horse. She stated that it was no one's responsibility to check any orders before they go out. We ordered from home and it was delivered. She told us that she could ONLY help us if we drove over there with the food (that we didnt get) and the receipt. We were ripped off for $50. We recieved maybe $8 in food. What we got was trash, the people that work there are trash. I get that shes not happy, she peaked in jr high and that position at taco bell is the closest she'll get to calling something a career. I dont like saying people are stupid but... she failed at TACO BELL! After reading all of the similar reviews, the owner of this franchise should be disgusted with themselves.

  Have been here multiple times and terrible every time. Never had a messed up order till today every thing on my order was wrong I got the $5 luxe box I got the wrong burrito and chips instead of cinnamon twist. All the other times food has been cold and or missing. Will not continue to come here and will just make a further drive to a different location so my order will be right. Which is inconvenient due to how close this location is. Will definitely bring my money to a different location
