Online still charged me and I was calling to find out if they had received my order. Linda seem to be upset because I was trying to find out how will I get refunded for this and as I asked her what time the store open she hung up on me.... wow while having a meeting with team members. I guess this is what she’s showing them to do is to hang up on customers....

The girls are VERY friendly with the older male customers but absolutely horrible to the lady in front of my as well as myself. Would not make eye contact with me nor smile, rolled her eyes every time I asked for an item, ran my card and disappeared. I had to ask another employee if I had even paid because I wasn't offered a receipt.
