I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. I placed my order through the app, and when I arrived, not only was my sandwich made incorrectly, but the customer service was terrible from start to finish When I walked in, I politely asked for a water cup, and the cashier was immediately rude for no reason. When I noticed my sandwich was wrong, I asked if they could remake it something Subway usually has no problem doing. Instead, the cashier refused and was extremely rude about it. To make matters worse, his father, who was also in the store, made an unnecessary comment telling me I should “be lucky for what I got because some people don’t have food.” I understand that some people struggle, but that’s not an excuse for bad service especially when I paid for my meal to be made correctly

At first it was a little offsetting when entering. Due to it being a small location you could see the need to be patient. The menus changed and that's awesome. The workers need a minute to trust your visits, reasonably so. It's ABQ. The food is always amazing and they lighten up once you've been there a few times. It's a great spot to eat in if you like the tables or booths. Always clean and great vibes.
