  There was a lady worker there that was extremely rude with my daughter she started off yelling at the older man in front of her saying she couldn't hear him then was super rude to her coworker because he could hear him she had an airpod in her ear then was short with my daughter starting making her sandwich then walked away outside left her coworker for almost 5 mins alone which inturned messed up our order so bad asked for corporate contact info was not given called san Mateo location for number

  Woah Wow!!!! You gotta have your workers wear name tags so we can address this issue anyway you have such a rude worker that has bad attitude her customer service is HORRIBLE YOU NEED TO GET RID OF HER!!! she’s a older lady with glasses and has reddish brown hair, hire people who greet their customers and gives them good service also enjoys their job obviously she’s in the wrong place… This is a continuous horrible service from her I’ll get corporate to resolve this matter 👎👎👎👎👎

  The people working were not helpful and were talking under there breath and they had a attitude :/ like if that’s what you consider good service then maybe you need to go work at the trash facility

  This review is getting five starts for one reason ONLY. Usually when the wife and I come in, we are treated with disrespect and utterly horrible customer service. 6+ reviews before this one are all talking about the same individual and describing the same encounters being had with this "manager". Now we drive by and peek to see who's working before coming in, because if the "manager" is in we just won't bother visiting this store. And we CANT be the only ones that feel this way. (6+ bad reviews of same individual). One worker that out shines is the worker named "Jeremiah". He is always smiling and always in a great mood. Maybe HE can train the so-called manager to be better at her service and attitude towards the paying customers. Good job Jeremiah, you bring customers back while the "manager" scares them away.

  One female, claiming to be the manager, was very rude from the get-go. She was aggressive and talked angrily when I was giving the order. When I asked her to not take that tone with me, she said: “get out of here”. I did not say anything bad or rude to her, but she was aggressive and mad. No one had ever talked to me like that in a restaurant. I feel very bad because some people can trash others and get away with it.
