While I was there, a homeless man came in asking for a jacket, and one of them went above and beyond by offering his own. That’s far more than anyone is expected to do at work. Truly great customer service and even better human kindness.

As I ate my sandwich (which she made to perfection) I witnessed her speak kindly to everyone in line, work efficiently and never get flustered even though she was the only one there and it was busy. What a great example of customer service she displayed at a time when customer service is almost non-existent. Your restaurant owner should know what a great representative they have in this young lady. She was awesome!
