    I will not be going back to this subway after seeing how an elderly person was treated. That was the most thence sandwich run I have ever been on. There was an older gateman in front of me who informed the lady working at 12:45 pm 2/24 that he cannot HEAR well after being asked quietly if he wanted a six inch or foot long. She then presented to yell everything at him witch he did not seem to mind "because he is HARD OF HEARING" until she told him he was rude after she asked him what cheese and he replied asking her to make the sandwich with the ingrediencies it said on the menu. He said he was not trying to be rude, he just could not HEAR her, she ignored him and started taking my order. When it was time to pay a lady with door dash came in and stood behind him. The subway lady looked at the door dasher and asked the name and the lady said it, witch startled the older man because he didn't see or HEAR her behind him he said "oh I didn't see you there" and the other subway worker came out from the back and told the older man "you can’t be making comments like that!" I was confused, the older man was confused, he even said to himself "what's going on I didn't do anything?" he paid and the lady handing him his sandwich and said and do not come back! Then when he left, she kept telling the other worker that he was rude. Yes, I know, I was not their target, I also I did not say anything to them because I do not think either one of us would have left with food if I did, I also didn't want to be late for work having to drive to another subway. But after reading all the reviews the hirable customer service is clearly ignored and witnessing it was enough for me to just avoid this subway all together.

    AVOID THIS SUBWAY! EVERYTIME WE EAT HERE THEY MESS UP OUR WHOLE ORDER. Who ever manages this place needs to be fired. I'm allergic to dairy so when we order in or pick up I always put no dairy like no cheese. And they still always put cheese like this is your job if you don't wanna do it right don't work here. You guys could kill people not paying attention to orders thank God I check my food before I eat it. This subway needs to be closed. EDIT: There was hair in our food and no one answers the phone horrible customer service! DISGUSTING

    Terrible customer service. The cashier working on 1/17/26 around 2:45 PM made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant from the start. She immediately told me she had mobile orders instead of acknowledging me, even though I waited patiently. When it was my turn, she refused to give me extra jalapeños. I calmly said I was willing to pay the upcharge, and she still tried to refuse service altogether. I told her it wasn’t that serious and asked her to just complete the transaction. When I asked for a manager, she said there wasn’t one available. Her attitude made it very clear she did not want to be there and had no interest in helping customers. Avoid this location if you expect basic professionalism or customer service.

    I was greeted by both workers upon entry. Honestly haven't seen places do this anymore, good to know customer service still exist. EVERYTHING was correct for our pick up order. Will definitely get food from this location again!
