The broth was good as well as the noodles.....but...the shrimp was very disappointing...I love a good shrimp pho. This shrimp was not fresh it looked either cooked or marinated which is odd because I have never had marinated shrimp at any other authentic Vietnamese restaurant it's usually fully raw no marinade. The picture I included is exactly how they looked before I put them in the broth and after I thought they were ready I ate two and the both were very chewy and gamy
