    So much for order ahead! Waited 20 minutes before I left and never got my food.🙃🙃I saw one customer switch from the stall to the already long drive thru too! More than likely not coming back.

    I had ordered a milkshake from here and my experience was terrible. The milkshake tasted like sour milk. I made a complaint being told someone would get back to me and I haven’t heard anything. I even followed up on my complaint and still haven’t heard anything. I finally called today, and was met with calling back tomorrow since no one could deal with the complaint on staff. I’m extremely disappointed.

    Service here is terrible, once waited an hour to get our food and we got it completely wrong. Would much rather eat local or at the Wendy's next for then here.

    Need to teach your employees how to be a little less rude , especially in Albuquerque, sooner or later they're gonna get the wrong person... On top of that they hang out at the drive thru ask you to hold whole they talk for 20 minutes then rush you to order lol.
