I hate leaving negative reviews, but this Sonic drive-thru absolutely earned it.
We ordered ahead on the app and parked in the designated mobile pickup area, only to find out the app wouldn’t even let us check in. Already annoying, but it somehow got worse. We moved to a regular stall, pressed the button, and sat there for five full minutes with no response at all. No greeting, no acknowledgment—nothing. At that point we had no choice but to go through the drive-thru just to finally speak to an actual human and get our food.
When we finally received our order, it was clear no one bothered to check it. We were given ZERO condiments, ZERO utensils, and ZERO napkins—which is especially frustrating since we specifically ordered extra condiments. On top of that, we didn’t receive any marinara sauce for our cheese sticks.
And speaking of the cheese sticks… they were absolutely awful. The breading tasted like it was barely cooked, and the cheese inside wasn’t melted at all. It felt like someone took a cheese stick straight out of the fridge, tossed it in lukewarm breading, and called it done. Completely inedible.
Between the broken app, being ignored at the stall, missing items, and terrible food quality, this was a total failure from start to finish. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of time. I won’t be back to this location.
