  They just gave me the worst double Sonic Smasher, and even burger, I've ever had. It's like old and reheated. Absolutely disgusting. Was so bad I threw it away. My stomach is unhappy from the couple bites I tried to take. Massive waste of $7

  Went to this location and the lady rushed me at the driver thru and was extremely rude. The lack of customer service is absolutely disgusting. Then when I revived my food the lady damn near threw the food at me and still didn’t get my order right.. Do some about your shitty coworkers.

  Their consistency is awful. Ordered a blue coconut ice cream slush and half the time it’s not made right. Ice cream slushes should have ice cream not creamer.

  I picked up an online order & it was made on time & the attendant was friendly & greeted me with a smile. The order was for 2/8/26 @ 1:15 PM. Great job!

  We ordered a medium and small malt, a pretzel and onion rings through the drive through. The lady repeated the order back to me with I confirmed to be correct. We waited for our order for a very long time. They all seemed to be laughing and joking the entire time just standing around . She finally gave us one medium malt and proceeded to take the card for payment. She gave the card back with no receipt. We continued to wait with a long line behind us. Finally she gave us the onion rings and pretzel and I asked for my small malt and the receipt. She could not provide the original receipt but gave a different receipt with the amount still due for a small malt. She said the card wasn't working, which I know it was because the first transaction worked and afterwards I checked my card which was working. At that point I just let it go. The malt we did get did not taste right and the onion rings tasted very sweet. Pretty disappointed with the service and food for such a simple order.
