- VVVincnt Valntin6 days ago1.0This location seems to get worse and worse. The quality goes down and the price/wait times go up. I ordered chili cheese fries and threw them away. I NEVER waste food. The chili tasted old, and they used american cheese rather than shredded cheese. It was absolutely horrid. This is the most expensive fast food place which does not earn that merit. I would advise not to dine here.

I don't understand why this would be unless they ran out which in December I doubt. The service at this Sonic consistently disappoints

I live nearby so I always try to go to my closest one to be supportive, but It’s just gotten too ridiculous. there are too many different situations with different workers that were horrible to try to be descriptive of, but overall the service is awful, Staff there is usually very rude and disrespectful like it’s a burden to be taking an order, and it takes way too long to put together a simple meal. Half the time I end up waiting 10 minutes for one drink. i’ve even had staff just throw the food bag out the window without a word, and I still try to give locations benefit of the doubt. Maybe somebody’s having a bad day, maybe they’re shortstaffed, etc. But I’ve just had enough personally and do not feel like supporting this location any further until there is new staff or a new owner that delivers much more of a positive service. I personally work in customer service, and I would never retreat clients or customers the way that I’m treated at this location.
