  Would’ve given zero stars if that was an option. Placed my order via the app. I arrived about 5 later than my scheduled pick up time. Checked in and waited over 10 minutes and nothing. Got down to check if my order was almost ready. Knocked many times and nothing. A crew member finally came to the door after I pounded on it, though she had already peeked and had seen me. Barely even let me get a word in as “only 2 people” were there. I requested a refund and she said “let me see if I can get a manager” and didn’t come back. I called the store about 6 times and no answer. Seems like I’ll have to go in to get a refund. Save your time and money people or at least spend it elsewhere where you’ll actually get good service and food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL.

  Came and ordered a regular cone and they had no cones, then we ordered a Sunday and paid for it had to wait for it and when we were handed the Sunday they had no spoons. So what are we soposed todo with the Sunday?!!!!

  Very good. Drinks were excellent. They comped the meal because the credit card machine was broken. Ty!!!

  Might be a biased review, I am Canadian and we don't have any Sonics so I like to go here at least once every visit to the States. The establishment was clean and well lit. The drive thru attendant was respectful and spoke clearly. I got a Footlong Chili Cheese Dog with Chili Cheese Tots, a Rt. 44 Ocean Water light on the ice and a Frito Chili Cheese wrap with 5 Chicken Tenders on the side. All the food was warm, fresh and tasty!

  I ordered onion rings and they were hard and seemed like they were from earlier in the afternoon , just re fried. Very inedible.
