    If I could give zero stars I would. There is absolutely no effort made to serve in a timely manner at this location. Even their greetings let you know you are not priority as they say. “One minute.” This location needs an adult with some sort of work ethic quick.

    went to drive thru at 12pm and waited about 5 minutes, pulled into a stall and was told they were closed and it's only drive thru, never answered us in the drive thru so we left. i assume all the workers are lazy and just didn't want to make anything. everytime i come to this sonic something wrong happens, whether it be the food or the service. do not go here, the one on coors and blake will actually cook your food correctly.

    It took us 30 minutes to even get into contact with person, after pressing the button twice, we ordered through the mobile app, went through drive through, finally met an actual human person who barely seemed to know where they were or want was going on. Food was lukewarm, but correct at least.

    Been waiting in line for 30 minutes in line and then go to a stall and there saying the stalls are closed but I just think there to lazy to walk out and they don’t have a sign saying closed on any of the stalls come to drive around and see them smoking in building and there’s time where we are waiting by the speaker and not getting a single reply for an hour and there not busy but do not help customer when there all just sitting around look like they don’t now what to do this is ridiculous already I think management needs to put a foot down and do there jobs as manager are supposed to

    Typically we use the app to order food, especially later at night. This place could be completely barren in terms of customers and we still wait 30-45 minutes past pick up time. Tonight, we checked into a stall, waited twenty minutes, and after calling in to see what was happening, we were informed that the stalls were closed and had to then go wait in the drive through, and this was AFTER waiting at the drive through and getting no response. Multiple times we have had to call in asking what happened to our order, only for it to come out a few minutes later cold as if it had been sitting there since it had been ordered. Truthfully, I don't know if its a staffing issue or what the case may be, but this is insane. It would be one thing if there was communication, but when a place is completely dead and theres nothing but radio silence for 15+ minutes followed by cold food, it makes it incredibly difficult to want to return. Reading the reviews shows me that we obviously are not the first with this issue, and unfortunately, unless someone figures it out, we wont be the last. What a shame that the newest sonic in SW ABQ is easily the worst one in the entire city.
