Called “Jacob” the manager and he was nothing but unhelpful. He told me DoorDash has to call them, didn’t even offer to say hey let’s make this right and get you the baked potato with pulled pork that you didn’t get. I didn’t want a refund. Just the correct food I ordered. Had me call DoorDash and they told me they don’t contact the restaurant directly. Called back Jacob and he just hesitated, didn’t care, and never offered to make things right. Just kept making excuses and never once apologized. I basically had to pull teeth for their mistake and he just went on to mention they DON’T carry a list for people to come in for THEIR mistakes. Well maybe today’s the day buddy that you start the list because that’s what being a manager is! Completely lazy and doesn’t have the brain cells to be a manager in the slightest! Customer service is a nightmare these days!

Plenty of parking, short line, Friendly staff, and fresh cook food! all this at 5:30pm!!! The smell was heavenly and the place was clean! I got a bunch of things to take back home and did enjoy the smoked baked potato with meat!
