They always keep the main door locked, and I don’t understand how they take orders at the counter. Inside the store there were three people, and none of them attended to me. A man came out from somewhere, saw me, and didn’t help or even ask what I needed. He went to the counter, grabbed a cupcake, and started eating it. I rang the bell again—about five times—and only then did someone come out to ask what I needed. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
