It's a small inconvenience but Read the order and put some seasoning on the fish. The manager said I have to contact doordash? Who made the salad and forgot the salad dressing?. The salad was $20 bucks.I even offered to bring the salad back(untouched). The manager said that wasn't an option either. Wth?

She forgot about me and after waiting for 50 minutes for a table, I asked for an estimate of how much longer I had to wait, THEN she immediately found a table. Total time waiting for the table was over 60 minutes. No apologies offered. The manager kept milling around, giving everyone an accusatory look. She never smiled nor asked how my service/food had been. She did not thank me for visiting the restaurant. Our server was a bit stand-offish but warmed up a bit when it was time to pay the bill. The food was great. I won't be returning for a long while. Hopefully the restaurant will improve.

The appetizers, spinach dip and gator, salad were good! The platter was just greasy and everything kinda tasted the same. The waitress was busy so it's understandable but you could probably save a few hundred dollars going to long John silvers or other cheaper seafood establishments. I reluctantly write this as I had high hopes. Screaming kids also didn't make the experience any better.

Best meal we’ve had in a long time! Our drinks and filets were made perfectly, but the service was the star of the show! I’m sure all of the staff are great, but these two deserve raises and promotions! Great job all around!

The food was absolutely delicious, but what really impressed me was how the staff handled a small delay with my appetizer. A manager came over right away, apologized sincerely, and said it was on them. Then, at the end of the meal, because it was my first time there, they surprised me with a free dessert. That’s how you build loyal customers. I’ll definitely be back — and I’ll be telling everyone I know about Pappadeaux. Big thanks to Scott, Sam, and Carlos!
