Right after getting our lunch, I caught a whiff of something as I began to drive off... it smelled like...FOOD! I thought, "Wow. That's not the typical aroma that wafts out of most drive-thru windows: that of deep fat fryers." I've eaten at Panera Bread before, but hadn't yet had the kind of experience that so clearly and memorably delineates Panera from virtually every other eatery with a drive-thru. I'll definitely be back!
