    For a picnic with my oldest son, I ordered online for drive-thru pickup. Right after getting our lunch, I caught a whiff of something as I began to drive off... it smelled like...FOOD! I thought, "Wow. That's not the typical aroma that wafts out of most drive-thru windows: that of deep fat fryers." I've eaten at Panera Bread before, but hadn't yet had the kind of experience that so clearly and memorably delineates Panera from virtually every other eatery with a drive-thru. I'll definitely be back!

    Sandwich was mediocre and soup was great, waited 45 minutes in line for my online order because of the 2 cars ahead of me, once they got out of the way I got my food in less than a minute.

    Got breakfast there like 15 minutes ago. Service was a little rude but nothing crazy. The food was awful in a super confusing way. My bagel was like sopping wet (I assume from egg) and the avocado was somehow both hard and brown. Only giving 2 stars out of respect for green goddess salad dressing tbh.

    Tried walking in at 6pm on a Sunday. Hours posted on the door said open til 8pm. Doors were locked. Called and they said they close the lobby at 2 but drive thru was open. Too late we had already moved on. Maybe post a sign on the door or update you hours to show this.
