Walked in, waited to be seated for over 10 minutes. The "host" saw us and slowly walked over. The food was undercooked, didn't get what I asked for and the "strawberry lemonade" was watered down. That and the waitresses were in a competition on who could get the other customers number. Unprofessional and overall just a bad experience

The worst Outback experience in my life. Understaffed? Not even busy? Been waiting for 2 hours for food and people that came after us got the food way faster and were still waiting for food lol. This place is a joke and the manager and general manager should be fired immediately.

I requested Lisa Elliott for my server. She has served me many times and is very friendly and attentive. Her suggestions for my meals accommodate my health needs and has my meals made perfectly. She is the only reason I come to the Jefferson Outback. Thank you, Lisa, for letting me have a fine dining experience. May you never leave. Sincerely your favorite customer!

We went for a date night and were seated in the bar area. It was ok until we ordered our drinks. We ordered a special non alcoholic beverage that they were offering that apparently had to be made by the bartender. After twenty plus minutes she began to make the drink, it was not busy at all so the wait was odd. As she made the drink we witnessed her with her hand in her mouth, then cut the lemon and place it in our drink. She did not wash her hands at all. The waitress brought the drink to our table and it was quickly denied. Told her what happened and she apologized. The bartender and several other staff members then gathered at the open end of the bar and proceeded to talk about us and watch us as we ate. This made for a very uncomfortable eating experience. We observed the bartender over serving four men at the bar as well. One of the men even asked her if she could keep serving him and she shrugged it off. We have been to this location before and had amazing service however this time it was a bunch of kids working who all appeared to be under the age of 21, no manager in site to help us with our service issues. The health department really should pay a visit especially with how unsanitary the bartender was. She never washed her hands, was touching her mouth, hair and multiple surfaces without washing. We will never be back.

I got a gift card for my birthday to outback. My husband and I went to eat there. It was my very first time. I expressed it to the one that seated us. Well nothing we ordered was good. The shrimp had a funny taste. The meat tasted raw. The Mac and cheese was yukky. They use that blooming onion sauce on there Mac and cheese. The blooming onion wasn't as good as everyone whom told me those where on point. Well the waitress was very nice friendly and checked to see if we were good. We told them everything was good. But really it was the worst restaurant we eaten at in a long time. We won't be going back to the outback. I hope I'm never given another gift card. I wouldn't use it. I'd rather never eat there again. I can't believe they're Mac and cheese had very little cheese on top. Shredded cheese to be exact. Yuk. We went to the one on Jefferson the restaurant wasn't even busy. It was dead. I guess that should of been our first sign, this place didn't cook good. Please hire better cooks. The food is to expensive and ain't worth the price....... I give the steak house a big fat ZERO
